What I'm Looking For

  1. 1.

A Place to Learn and Grow

I'm prioritizing learning in my next role. I haven't had the opportunity to receive consistent feedback or mentorship, so I'm looking for a team where I can learn from people more experienced than me — through direct feedback, shadowing, and honest conversations.

  2. 2.

    Mentorship and Leadership

I've often found myself in leadership roles, and while I'm grateful for those experiences, I'd love to be in a space where I'm led — where I can be guided, challenged, and supported to grow stronger in my craft and career path.

  3. 3.

    Structure and Stability

I'm looking for a company with clear systems and structures in place — especially around onboarding, performance management, and team collaboration. I thrive better when there's direction, expectations, and rhythm.

  4. 4.

    A Healthy, Supportive Work Culture

I want to work in an environment where people are kind, collaborative, and open. A place that values both individuality and teamwork. Somewhere I can belong, not just fit in.

  5. 5.

A Product I Can Be Proud Of

I'd love to contribute to building or supporting a product that solves real problems or inspires people — something innovative, meaningful, or simply delightful.

  6. 6.

    Great Compensation and Benefits

While a competitive salary is important, I also value holistic benefits like: Health insurance, Paid leave and mental health days, Work-from-home support (laptop, desk setup, internet), Learning stipends or development budgets.
