Fragile Being

I am a fragile being.
I have no more than 10 friends.
I have only one source of income and no savings or investments.
When in a romantic relationship, I put all my eggs in one basket and if all fails, it fails.
Year in, year out, the number of people I keep in touch with reduces.
I spend at least 3 hours a day doomscrolling on my phone.
I have chocolates multiple times a week and a good portion of my diet contains carbs.
I need to become anti-fragile1.

A lot of us live life as fragile beings and to get on the other side, accepting that you're fragile and identifying where you fall short is the first step.
