 Read.
A book you pick up today can change the trajectory of your life for years to come. If reading a book is difficult, find a podcast or audiobook to listen to, short articles or essays that can change how you perceive things for the better.

Draft.
How do you see yourself living your best life? How do you want your highest potential self to be a few years from now? Get a pen and a book and draft all the necessary actions, habits, decisions and lifestyles to make that future reality. Begin to practice them, learn and unlearn, fail and try again until you get it right.

Manifest.
Write down three facts you’d like to be true about yourself and repeat them to yourself in front of a mirror in the present tense every morning. Manifest them until they become your reality.

Ambition.
Be ambitious, remember why you exist, and what you are meant to achieve and live up to it. Be determined to do exploits, be courageous and go about your dreams fearlessly.

Rest.
It is okay to lie down and take a breather. Whenever you feel tired or overwhelmed, pause, take your time, rest for a while, but not for long then continue your journey. Life is a journey, rest is a must or else you burn out, gas out and lose out. Long journeys call for rests at intervals, don’t beat yourself up when you feel like resting, it’s normal to want it and do it.

Rush.
Don’t be in haste and forget to live in the moment. We most times forget to live in our answered prayers. Life isn’t a race, there’s no finish line to check who finished first or last, so don’t be in haste chasing after one too many things and fail to live and appreciate what you have. “Good things take time, and time is what it takes to make things amazing.” The journey is more important than the result.

Start Over.
There’s no shame in starting afresh. Do not be afraid of failing and starting over. Being alive is having the chance to make a fresh start. Rebuild yourself as many times as you can until you get it right.
