Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) → PMOS

Today I learned that Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) has been renamed Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS). The new name reflects a broader understanding of the condition and how it affects not just the ovaries, but also hormones, metabolism, and the endocrine system as a whole.

Brain Rot

“Brain rot” is probably one of the most accurate internet terms to come out in recent years. It describes that strange feeling after spending hours scrolling on your phone and somehow ending the day feeling more tired, more disconnected, and even more bored than when you started.

It feels like overstimulation mixed with emptiness.
